Chapter V

In the Table at the end of this Report, will be found the Surnames in Ireland represented by five Entries and upwards in the Births Index for 1890, and the number of such Entries in each Province, together with notes as to their distribution by Counties.

It was not deemed advisable to exhibit in tabular form the details in that Table by Counties, but the relative numerical strength of the principal Surnames in each Registration County is as follows:—Registration Province of Leinster »
